Fundación Arrieros Colombia
We are a non-profit entity that has been working since 2018 with the support of the English NGO World Horse Welfare to improve the quality of life of the equids (horses, mules, and donkeys) of work, their owners, and their entire environment.

Improve the welfare of equids with our specialized services
Educational Projects
We take the School of Arrieros to all our communities to raise awareness among children and young people about the animal welfare of equines. Adapted to different stages of learning.
Training Programs
Training aimed at all those who are in direct or indirect contact with equines to improve animal welfare.
Animal Welfare Certification
Our certification process is in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the ICA.
Community Outreach
We intend to reach different communities where equines play a fundamental socioeconomic role.
Design and implementation of research projects.
We develop and carry out research projects to improve the welfare of equids and their communities.
Professional practices
We offer students the opportunity to carry out professional practices accompanying one of our projects.
